  2. Normal for the monsoon season.
    Each year hundreds of Indian die during monsoon floods and storms. This musters scant comment. The monsoon is always welcomed: without it there would be drought and famine. To my mind, it resembles Lord Shiva: bringing destruction, but necessary for transformation and re-birth.
