  1. Each one of the photos started a thought for me, perhaps a poem. The first one: Stepping to heaven in red. The second: Mama told me there’d be days like this. The third: Ionesco’s sofa. And the fourth: The umbrella didn’t work.

    I wonder why their necks don’t break? Those stone stairs! It would be an achievement if I managed half of them!

    • The neck is pretty strong providing it’s tensed. Sudden, unexpected force is what causes damage.
      As for the stone stairs, you are only seeing a small part of the climb!
