    • For almost two thousand years, the Malabar coast made considerable fortunes from exporting peacocks and pepper. The latter was so valuable that it was know as “black gold”..

    Wonderful pictures! The aroma in the shop must be amazing. Did you know that Pepper is the only spice to be quoted on the Stock Market?
